On Thursday, the qualifiers for the Europa League quarter-finals were determined. The next day, the draw revealed the matchups, along with the bracket leading up to the grand finale, which will be contested on May 22nd at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.

Round of 16 Matches
Liverpool 6-1 Sparta Prague
Liverpool once again delivered a resounding victory against Sparta Prague. Just 14 minutes into the game, the score was already 4-0 in favor of the Reds.
Liverpool opened the scoring at 6 minutes. Szoboszlai crossed it back, and Darwin Núñez struck it first-time into the corner.
There was barely time to celebrate before Liverpool doubled their lead the next minute. In a defensive error from Sparta Prague, Bobby Clark made no mistake.
At 9 minutes, Sparta Prague’s defense faltered again, Clark dispossessed and Salah slotted it into the net.
At 13 minutes, Salah played a low cross, Gakpo anticipated and scored Liverpool’s fourth goal.
At 34 minutes, Darwin Núñez missed an unbelievable chance. Salah passed to the Uruguayan, unmarked in the box, but he sent it over the crossbar.
Sparta Prague got a consolation goal at 41 minutes. Birmančević won the ball from Endo and beat Kelleher.
Liverpool got their fifth goal just 2 minutes into the second half. After a lengthy passing sequence, Szoboszlai shot, benefiting from a deflection to beat Vindahl.
At 9 minutes, Elliot shot from outside the box, and Gakpo deflected it with a backheel to seal the ruthless rout.

Slavia Prague 1-3 Milan
Milan once again took advantage of a Slavia Prague red card in the first half and secured victory by a 2-goal margin.
Milan settled the tie in the first half, with goals from Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek, and Rafael Leão. Jurásek scored a consolation goal late in the game.

Rangers 0-1 Benfica
After a 2-2 draw in Portugal, Benfica lived up to their favoritism and won the return leg with a goal from Rafa Silva in the second half.

Villarreal 3-1 Olympique Marseille
Villarreal had the tough task of overturning a 4-0 defeat from the first leg. They won the game 3-1 but couldn’t secure qualification.
Capoue, Sørloth, and Mosquera gave Villarreal a three-goal lead, but Clauss pulled one back in injury time.

West Ham 5-0 Freiburg
After a 1-0 loss in Germany, West Ham delivered a massive victory in England. Lucas Paquetá, Bowen, Cresswell, and Kudus (twice) found the net.

Atalanta 2-1 Sporting
Following a 1-1 draw in Portugal, Atalanta came from behind to defeat Sporting and secure a spot in the quarter-finals. Pedro Gonçalves opened the scoring, Lookman and Scamacca turned the game around for the Italians.

Brighton 1-0 Roma
After a 4-0 win for Roma in the first leg, they traveled to England with a mixed team and lost by the minimum score, with Danny Welbeck scoring the only goal.

Bayer Leverkusen 3-2 Qarabağ
Bayer Leverkusen staged a spectacular comeback against Qarabağ to secure their qualification. In the first leg, the Germans scored the equalizer in stoppage time.
In this match, Qarabağ took a 2-0 lead with goals from Zoubir and Julinho, Frimpong pulled one back, and in stoppage time, Schick scored twice at the 93rd and 97th minutes.
