Corinthians 2-1 Flamengo

Corinthians defeated Flamengo at home, taking a crucial step in their fight against relegation. However, despite the victory at the Neo Química Arena, they remain in the relegation zone.

At 8 minutes, Fagner delivered a free kick into the box, and Félix Torres headed it into the net, but the Ecuadorian was in an offside position, and the goal was disallowed.

At 16 minutes, David Luiz sent a long pass to Bruno Henrique, who dribbled past Félix Torres and shot, forcing a save from Hugo Souza.

Corinthians opened the scoring at 26 minutes. David Luiz miscontrolled the ball, Yuri Alberto reached the byline and crossed perfectly for Talles Magno to head home.

At 33 minutes, Varela attempted a cross, and the ball hit José Martínez’s arm. The referee was called to the VAR and awarded a penalty. Pedro converted it by shooting down the middle, equalizing the match.

Cuiabá 2-1 Criciúma

Cuiabá came from behind to beat Criciúma at the Arena Pantanal.

At 12 minutes, Allano received the ball on the right, cut inside to his left, and aimed for the far post, but Walter made a great save.

Criciúma opened the scoring at 35 minutes. Marcelo Hermes took a corner, and Arthur Caike rose above the defense to head the ball into the net.

Cuiabá equalized at 11 minutes of the second half. Clayson struck a perfect shot, the ball hit the crossbar and went in.

Cuiabá completed the comeback at 22 minutes. Sauer passed to Railan, who delivered a low cross to the middle of the box, and Lucas Fernandes finished it off to put Cuiabá ahead.

At 49 minutes, Hermes took a free kick into the area, Marllon deflected it towards his own goal, and Walter made a good save.

Cuiabá remains in the penultimate position in the Brasileirão, but this victory is a significant boost in their battle against relegation.

Botafogo 2-0 Fortaleza

Botafogo defeated Fortaleza with two goals from Igor Jesus at Nilton Santos Stadium, reclaiming the top spot in the Brasileirão.

At 28 minutes, Savarino delivered a perfect cross for Igor Jesus, who headed from close range but sent it wide.

At 2 minutes of the second half, Luiz Henrique received the ball on the right, cut inside, passed two defenders, and took a dangerous shot.

Botafogo opened the scoring at 28 minutes. Barboza made a fantastic pass to Igor Jesus, who controlled the ball and struck it powerfully with the instep to score.

Botafogo sealed the win at 46 minutes with a great counterattack. Pedro Augusto misplaced a pass, and Tiquinho flicked it to Marlon Freitas with a backheel. The midfielder quickly set up Igor Jesus, who calmly finished past the goalkeeper to make it 2-0.

Cruzeiro 3-1 Atlético-GO

Cruzeiro comfortably defeated Atlético-GO at the Mineirão.

After just 6 minutes, Barreal mishandled the ball in the area, it hit Gonzalo Freitas’ arm, and the referee awarded a penalty. Willian calmly converted it to put Cruzeiro ahead.

Cruzeiro doubled their lead at 25 minutes. Kaio Jorge crossed, and Matheus Henrique was free to head it into the net.

Atlético-GO pulled one back at 33 minutes. Maguinho sent in a low cross, Alejo Cruz set it up for Campbell, who controlled the ball and shot into the corner.

Cruzeiro sealed the victory at 11 minutes of the second half. Matheus Pereira made a great play and delivered a brilliant pass to Kaio Jorge, who slotted it between goalkeeper Ronaldo’s legs.

Grêmio 2-3 Atlético-MG

In an epic match, Atlético-MG came from behind to beat Grêmio with two goals in the dying minutes.

At 8 minutes, after Atlético-MG’s defense failed to clear, Monsalve dribbled past Éverson, who recovered well to make the save.

At 15 minutes, Scarpa sent a great cross, Bernard was free, struck first-time, but hit the post.

At 20 minutes, Gustavo Martins made a poor touch, fouled Deyverson, and was sent off for being the last man.

Grêmio opened the scoring at 32 minutes. Cristaldo took a corner, Kannemann flicked it at the near post, and Braithwaite finished it off.

Grêmio doubled their lead at 41 minutes. Soteldo reached the byline and crossed, Cristaldo headed against the post and scored on the rebound.

At 5 minutes of the second half, Palacios attempted a curling shot from outside the box, and Marchesín made a good save.

At 8 minutes, Soteldo took a corner, and Braithwaite headed it against the post.

At 26 minutes, Scarpa delivered a low corner, Palacios controlled it, and was fouled by João Pedro in the box. Scarpa scored the penalty with a high shot down the middle, giving Atlético-MG their first goal.

At 47 minutes, Alan Kardec headed the ball, it hit João Pedro’s arm, and the referee awarded another penalty. Palacios scored in the corner to level the game at 50 minutes.

In the very next minute, at 51, Atlético-MG completed the turnaround. Alan Kardec provided a brilliant backheel pass to Arana, who unleashed a powerful shot that Marchesín saved. On the rebound, Vargas headed it in, securing a memorable victory for Atlético-MG.

Bragantino 2-1 Bahia

Bragantino defeated Bahia and moved away from the relegation zone.

At 10 minutes, Helinho received the ball on the right, cut to his left, and struck a curling shot from outside the box that hit the crossbar.

At 17 minutes, Sasha received a pass from Jadsom, crossed, and the midfielder scored, but the goal was disallowed because Sasha was offside.

At 41 minutes, Everaldo received the ball in the box, turned on his marker, and shot, forcing a good save from Cleiton.

Bragantino opened the scoring at 19 minutes of the second half. Vitinho took a free kick into the area, goalkeeper Marcos Felipe was caught out of position, and Douglas Mendes headed it into the net.

Bahia equalized at 27 minutes. De Pena headed the ball into the box, Douglas Mendes deflected it, and the ball fell to Juba, who shot and scored.

At 30 minutes, Ratão advanced down the left, cut inside, unleashed a powerful shot, and Cleiton made a great save.

At 34 minutes, Lucas Evangelista received the ball at the edge of the box, turned, and struck the ball which was deflected, looping over the goalkeeper and hitting the crossbar.

Bragantino scored the winning goal at 50 minutes. After a cross from Guilherme Lopes, the defense partially cleared the ball, Gustavinho controlled it and fired a powerful shot from outside the box to secure the victory for Massa Bruta.

Fluminense 2-0 São Paulo

Fluminense defeated São Paulo at the Maracanã, keeping themselves out of the relegation zone. A loss in this match would have put Flu in the bottom four, especially since Corinthians won their game this round.

At 21 minutes, William Gomes dribbled past two defenders, broke into the penalty area, and shot wide.

Fluminense opened the scoring at 31 minutes. Marcelo passed to Ganso, who delivered a brilliant backheel to Kauã Elias. The young forward easily went past Sabino and shot into the top corner, leaving Rafael with no chance.

At 5 minutes into the second half, Lucas sent a free kick into the box, Ferraresi headed it on, and Luiz Gustavo nearly scored but missed the ball, sending it wide.

At 9 minutes, Luiz Gustavo made a good pass to Willian Gomes behind the defense. The youngster cut onto his left foot and fired a shot that was saved by Fábio.

At 37 minutes, Keno received the ball on the left wing and took a shot that was deflected. The ball almost looped over Rafael, who managed to tip it over for a corner.

Fluminense sealed the game at 46 minutes. Keno received a pass from Guga in the box and struck with his left foot to score. Rafael got a hand on the ball but couldn’t prevent the goal.

Athletico-PR 0-2 Palmeiras

Palmeiras dominated Athletico-PR, securing their third consecutive win in the Brasileirão, further strengthening their title challenge.

At 4 minutes, Marcos Rocha crossed, Felipe Anderson hit it first time, Mycael made a great save, and the defense cleared.

Palmeiras opened the scoring at 8 minutes. Flaco López made an excellent solo run and crossed for Maurício to tap into the net.

At 11 minutes, Canobbio exchanged passes with Zapelli, broke into the box, and shot across goal, but Weverton made the save.

At 32 minutes, Maurício passed to Caio Paulista at the edge of the area. The full-back executed a brilliant dribble and shot, forcing another good save from Mycael.

At 8 minutes of the second half, Esquivel lost possession and was dispossessed by Richar Ríos. The Colombian passed to Flaco López in the box, who evaded the defense and set up Maurício to hit the crossbar.

Palmeiras doubled their lead at 13 minutes with a stunning goal from Estêvão. The 17-year-old talent easily dribbled past Esquivel and unleashed a powerful shot to make it 2-0 for Palmeiras.

At 18 minutes, Felipe Anderson crossed, Estêvão headed unmarked, and Mycael made a fantastic save. On the rebound, the goalkeeper managed to flick the ball away, preventing a goal from Flaco López.

At 25 minutes, Esquivel crossed, Gamarra got ahead of his marker, and headed the ball onto the post.

Palmeiras finished victorious and continues their pursuit of the league leaders.

Juventude 1-3 Internacional

Inter defeated Juventude at Alfredo Jaconi with an outstanding performance from 17-year-old Gabriel Carvalho.

At 27 minutes, Rômulo took a shot from outside the box that hit the top corner.

Inter opened the scoring at 30 minutes. Bruno Tabata crossed, and Borré headed it home.

Inter extended their lead at 34 minutes. After a lovely passing sequence on the left, Bernabei passed to Thiago Maia, who reached the byline and crossed for Gabriel Carvalho to tap in. The midfielder scored his first professional goal.

At 45 minutes, Rodrigo Sam made a hard foul on Rômulo and was sent off.

At 8 minutes of the second half, Wesley received the ball on the left and struck a right-footed shot that hit the post.

Inter scored their third goal at 14 minutes. Wesley attempted a cross, the defense failed to clear properly, and Bernabei hit a first-time shot across goal to score.

At 45 minutes, Valencia was played through, dribbled past the goalkeeper, and shot, but Alan Ruschel cleared off the line.

Juventude pulled one back at 47 minutes. Oyama passed to Edson Carioca, got the ball back, and fired a first-time shot from outside the box into the bottom corner.

Vitória 0-1 Vasco

Vasco defeated Vitória, staying alive in the race for a spot in the Copa Libertadores qualifiers.

At 10 minutes, Osvaldo skillfully flicked the ball over David’s head and crossed for Carlos Eduardo, who struck a dangerous shot just wide of the post.

At 22 minutes, Cáceres crossed, and Willian Oliveira headed it, but Léo Jardim pushed it away.

At 40 minutes, Carlos Eduardo tried his luck from distance, and Léo Jardim tipped it over for a corner.

At 19 minutes of the second half, Payet passed to Leandrinho, who beat his marker and shot, forcing a save from Lucas Arcanjo.

Vasco scored the only goal of the match with João Victor. Payet took a corner, the defender rose high and headed down to score. João Victor netted his first professional goal.

At 50 minutes, Payet intercepted Wagner Leonardo’s pass and took a shot from midfield that went just wide.

At 53 minutes, José Hugo crossed into the box, Janderson knocked it down, and Mosquito hit the post.
